2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian if required under applicable laws.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors

3.2 Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice. The final confirmed price at checkout or invoice shall apply to the order.

3.3 Payments

Orders may require full or partial payment before production begins. Production will only proceed once payment has been confirmed.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

4. Customized Products

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Reviewing submitted designs
  • Checking spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, and layout
  • Approving final mockups or previews before production

Once approved and production has started:

  • Orders cannot be modified
  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Orders are generally non-refundable

Minor differences in:

  • Color
  • Cutting alignment
  • Print placement
  • Material texture

may occur and are considered normal production variations.

5. Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting files, logos, artwork, or designs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content, or
  • You have proper authorization to use it

You agree that Jaydine Creative Printing Shop shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from customer-submitted materials.

We reserve the right to reject content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Contains offensive or explicit material
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Promotes harmful or illegal activities

6. Production and Turnaround Time

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Design complexity
  • Material availability
  • Operational workload
  • Courier delays

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through third-party courier services.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Delivery schedules are controlled by the courier
  • Delays, damages, or lost parcels during transit are outside our direct control
  • Accurate shipping information must be provided by the customer

Additional shipping charges caused by incorrect delivery details may be charged to the customer.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements
